The role will see you taking charge of a warm panel of intermediaries (approx. 70) and is an incredible opportunity to expand your experience and earning potential within top tier financial services B2B Sales.
This is a regional field-based Sales role at a top-tier Insurer with uncapped commission. You will be working with warm panels across Scotland (mainly Western Scotland/Glasgow, but also parts of Eastern Scotland) and reporting into the Area Manager. What will you be doing
Face-to-face business to business (b2b) Insurance Protection sales to existing and new intermediaries
Developing new relationships for the panel
Developing relationships with the panel (performing at 80% currently)
Deliver personal sales targets
Deliver sales presentations
Ensure a smooth efficient and professional sales process for the customer
Take ownership of your own development by ensuring that you have a clear and defined development plan that you continually review and work towards.
Maintain industry knowledge and continued professional development
Using technical systems
Reflect the company’s core values by demonstrating positive behaviours in relation to your objectives and all stakeholders in line with company culture.
What we’re looking for
The Sales Consultant will be business savvy, have excellent communication skills and will be a sales-driven, ambitious individual
Skills that will help you in the role
Candidates must have RO1, RO5 and RO3 or be willing to work towards these within 12 months.
Previous experience in either a face-to-face or telephone sales within either financial services or insurance industries.
Candidates should be ambitious and enthusiastic

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge and understanding of B2B insurance propositions
