We started recruiting Data Analysts for Financial institutions many years ago in Portfolio Analysis and Stress-Testing roles as well as Leveraged Finance and Acquisitions roles. Since then we have worked with Sports Analytics, Big Data firms, Data Sales and Research organisations, Consultancies and Marketing Analytics organisations. Our network is national and we have strong connections to the top candidates.




We have recruited mid to senior level Marketeers for commerce, financial services and professional services for many years, but Marketing is so much bigger than it was and our Marketing roles now often tie in very closely with our Data, Analytics and Sales roles. We are recruiting traditional PR, Marketing, Strategy, and Communications roles as well as Digital PR/Comms, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence and other Data-driven roles.

Search Projects


We have a 100% track record and mandated search assignments and can be flexible with sectors and roles. We have a very thorough interview and selection process that ensures no stone is left unturned in the search for available talent. Once accepting any mandate we:

1) Take a full briefing from the client covering the role in depth and what candidates will be successful in the role.

2) Commence the selection process via headhunt, advertised selection and database search.

3) Send the shortlist with candidate reports covering relevant skills, motivations, current packages and expectations. Further comments with recommended questioning and viability scores will also be included.

4) Interviewing, Communication, Process, Placement.

This is where experience of recruiting over 100 people really counts. We make sure that this process is smooth and that there are no surprises that endanger the conclusion of the process.
